Try before you buy

Every Framerope plugin with a free trial can be used for 3 days before you pay. Please use the trial to check that the plugin works with your computer, your Premiere Pro version and your footage.

All sales are final, except in these cases

Because our products are digital, delivered instantly and come with a free trial, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. We will give you a full refund if:

• you were charged twice for the same order;
• you didn’t receive your download or licence key, and we couldn’t resend it within 48 hours of you contacting us;
  

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

How to ask for a refund

Email eshusocial@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, your Premiere Pro version and operating system, and a screenshot of any error. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days, and in most cases we can fix the problem quickly.

When a refund is approved

The money goes back to your original payment method (UPI, card or bank). It usually arrives within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Your licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a payment is charged back, the licence key for that order is deactivated.

This policy does not affect your rights under Indian consumer law.
