1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, and purchases from, the Framerope online store. By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the Store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Our products

Framerope sells digital products, including software, plugins, extensions and related files for video-editing workflows (“Products”). We describe Products as accurately as we can, but we do not guarantee that a Product will be compatible with your computer, operating system or the version of any third-party application you use. Please check the stated requirements before you buy.

4. Open-source software and licences

Some Products are built with, or include, open-source code and components that are released under their own licences (for example yt-dlp and FFmpeg). Those components remain subject to their respective licences, and nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under an open-source licence. When you buy from Framerope you are paying for [access, packaging, convenience, updates and support — edit as appropriate], not for ownership of any open-source code. Framerope’s name, logo, branding, store content and original graphics remain our property.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in [currency] and may or may not include taxes, as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers available at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund any amount charged for that order, if we suspect fraud, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if the Product is unavailable. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. You are responsible for entering a correct email address, because your Product is delivered there.

6. Delivery of digital products

Products are delivered electronically, by email, download link or customer account, after your payment is confirmed. Download links may expire after [number] days, so please download and keep a copy of your files. If you have not received your Product within 24 hours of payment, contact us at [support email] and we will resend it.

7. No refunds

All sales are final. Because our Products are digital and are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies in every case, including if you change your mind, if the Product stops working, or if it becomes incompatible with your software, hardware or operating system.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read this section, that you consent to immediate delivery of digital content, and that, to the extent the law allows, you give up any right to withdraw from or cancel the purchase. This section does not affect any rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded in your country.

If you have a problem, please contact us at [support email] before doing anything else. We will make reasonable efforts to help, for example by resending a damaged file or assisting with installation. Support is not a refund. If you open a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your access to the Product and provide your order and delivery records to the payment provider.

8. Support and updates

We provide support and updates on a reasonable-efforts basis through eshusocial@gmail.com. We do not promise that a Product will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Many Products depend on third-party services and software (such as video platforms or editing applications) that can change at any time without notice, and a Product may stop working as a result. We have no obligation to continue developing, updating or supporting any Product.

9. Acceptable use and your responsibility

You agree to use the Store and the Products only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree to use any tool that downloads, converts or processes media only with content that you own, that is in the public domain, or that you have permission to use. You are solely responsible for complying with copyright law, the terms of service of any platform you use (including YouTube), and all laws that apply to you. We do not host, store, monitor or control the content you access, and we do not encourage or condone infringement of anyone’s rights.

You also agree not to misuse the Store, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or resell or redistribute our Products as your own, except where an open-source licence expressly allows it.

10. Third-party services and trademarks

YouTube, Google, Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of their respective owners. Framerope is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Third-party services and links are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Store and all Products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framerope and its owners, employees and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, projects or goodwill, arising from your use of the Store or any Product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Framerope and its owners and contributors from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of a Product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Store or to a Product if you breach these Terms, commit fraud, or file an unjustified chargeback. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 7, 9, 11, 12 and 13) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to the Store and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Store or any Product at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Store with the “Last updated” date applies to your order. Continued use of the Store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Framerope regarding the Store.
